Where are you based out of?
Word Strings Co is currently run out of my home in Bowling Green, Ohio.
How do I wash my apparel?
Word Strings Apparel is ready to wear + can be washed regularly! I always recommend washing with like colors on cold + air drying to be safe!
What is sizing like?
All Word Strings Apparel sizing is Unisex! Always size up if you are looking for an oversized fit!

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours after you place your order, as long as I have not shipped them out yet. Please reach out to me via email!
How can I change my shipping address?
Due to the nature of my business, I am not able to change shipping addresses. If you realize you need an address change or that you made a mistake, please reach out to me in the first 24 hours of ordering and we can cancel your order so that you can reorder with the correct address.
Can I return my order?
At this time, I do not accept returns. All my inventory is made to order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Word Strings does ship internationally! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout via USPS!
Can I track my package?
You will receive an email when I ship your order with shipping information! all orders are shipped via USPS!
How long is the processing time for orders?
Word Strings Co currently operates out of my home and I am currently a full-time student, so processing times are dependant upon when orders are placed! Please allow 10-15 business days for processing and an additional period of time for shipping! I appreciate your patience.
My order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?
We count on USPS to deliver your package once it leaves my studio. Therefore, once your package leaves my hands, it is out of my control. If the postal service loses your package, please file a claim at this link.
Word Strings is not responsible for replacing or refunding lost, stolen, or missing packages. Word Strings is also not responsible for replacing packages that were sent to incorrect addresses due to customer input error.
